Tournament Player Registration
Players are encouraged to collect pledges from friends and family to help support our cause. You can direct them to this website or send them the .pdf version of the form. Please register before March 23, 2014.
NOTE: By registering for the Pete Stoutenburg Memorial Tournament, you signify that you understand that the City of St. Catharines and all other organizations and persons connected with this event, are not responsible for any injuries which you may suffer while taking part in this event or as a result thereof. You also waive any claim for damages or property.

To complete registration:

2. Choose donation amount (optional) and click "Add to Cart"
3. Click "Register Now" and complete your payment.
4. Click here to download the .pdf version of the registration form.
If you pay online you need only to fill out and submit your personal information and sign the waiver of liability.

Additional Donation
A tax receipt can be issued for any donation of $25 or more above the registration fee.
